How to create a driver’s, biker’s or bicycle account
It’s easy to sign up. Less than 5 min!
- Signing up as a driver.
- Download the Zamlift DRIVER APP from Play Store or APP Store.
- Accept the Terms and Submit all required documents.
- Driver’s license.
- Driver’s NRC.
- Car road tax, insurance and fitness tag.
- Car pictures.
- Choose car type – Economy, SUV or Premium.
- Choose city.
- Wait for document verification and approval.
- When approved, buy the Driving Token to start getting orders.
- You are done! and ready to be your own boss.
- Signing up as a biker.
- Same as above but choose bike when registering.
- Signing up a bicycle.
- Same as above but choose bicycle when registering.

- We do not have and do not allow any third parties to be involved.
- There is no middle man between you and Zamlift.

- where the customer is located.
- where the customer is going.

How to buy your Driving Token
- Driving token can only be bought within the APP.
- log into the Zamlift Driver’s account.
- Click on Tokens on the bottom menu.
- Click on Recharge Now.
- Enter the Amount you want – Please note, minimum amount is K20.
- Tap on “Recharge via Airtel” or “Recharge via MTN”
- You can use any mobile money telephone number.
- If you have a coupon, enter the coupon code and click on Redeem Coupon.
- The mobile number you use will be prompted for the PIN for verification.
- When successful, your driving token will immediately be updated.
- Congratulations! You are now ready to start receiving ride requests!
Can a driver use someone else’s vehicle?
Yes. The driver needs to sign up under the vehicle.
Can multiple drivers sign up under one vehicle?
Yes. Each driver needs to have their own account under that vehicle. Since this is allowed each driver needs to sign in their own account when using the platform. As a safety measure, passengers will report any vehicle showing up for pick up with the identity of the driver different from the one showing on their app when the ordered they ride. That account and vehicle will be permanently blocked from our platform. DO NOT allow anyone sign into your account and pick up a passenger and DONT NOT use a different vehicle from the one that is registered on the platform under your account. In both instances you will be permanently blocked from our platform and NO REFUNDS will be issued.
