Order from three classes of vehicles – Economy : for affordable rides – SUV : for groups needing more space and capacity – Premium : for high end luxury cars. Safe and polite drivers to move you arround.
- Delivery
Deliver documents, small parcels and low weight commodities within town or in the neighborhood using our fast bikers. You have the option to choose a cyclist. Track every delivery in real time and get nofications on how your parcel is moving.
- Zamlift Eats
Variety of foods from a wide range of restaurants in your area. Fast foods or cuisines. We can deliver to you by our reliable bikers. Or you can choose to go pickup your order on your own. Whatever works.
How to sign up as a user and ordering
- Download the Zamlift USER APP from Play Store or APP Store.
- Accept the Terms and Create New Account.
- Login your Zamlift ‘s user account and choose a service.
- Odering a ride for self.
- Click on Request a Ride. Then click Ready to Go.
- Your location autofill’s.
- Type your destination and choose from the drop down list.
- Choose a ride type – Economy, SUV or Premium and click on it.
- You are done! A nearest driver will be assigned.
- Ordering a ride for someone else.
- Do the steps above but for pickup, type their pickup location.
- For parcel delivery.
- Click on Parcel Shipment.
- Complete the delivery form, then click on Create Parcel.
- Choose delivery method – Motor Bike or Bicycle.
For food orders, Zamlift has ZERO % FOOD WASTAGE
- Customers pre-pays for all food orders. When checking out during orders, you agree to all the terms. All food orders are non-refundeable. We value and respect the chef’s time.
- To order, click on Zamlift Eats.
- Choose a restaurant or food type and follow the simple steps.
- You can choose to pickup the order from the restaurant yourself.
- If you choose delivery, we will deliver the food for you by using our bikers.

Please NOTE:
- Wait for the driver and notifications. Driver may call to verify order.
- You may call driver if needed. Follow driver’s estimated arrival time.
- Once driver arrives, for your own safety verify the vehicle, license plate, driver’s picture and name on the profile information BEFORE you enter the vehicle.
- At drop off. Driver ends the ride.
- Check final payment details and pay the total amount by cash or mobile money directly to the driver.
- Please leave a rating for the driver and or a review if you can. This helps us to improve our driver’s customer service.
- To logout click on menu and then logout.
