How to sign up as passenger and ordering a ride

- Download the Zamlift passenger APP.
- Accept the Terms and Create New Account.
- Login your Zamlift ‘s passenger APP account.
- Choose a ride type – ZL Economy or ZL SUV or ZL Premium.
- For Self Order, Pickup location autofills from phone’s location(make sure you enable app to use your location).
- You can also type your pickup location.
- Ordering for someone else, type their pickup location.
- Type the drop off location.
- Click Done.
- Confirm ride type and fair.
- Click BOOK NOW.
- Payment Method click Cash On Delivery.
- Next Click BOOK NOW.
- Wait for a nearby Driver to be Assigned.
- Once Assigned driver details appear on Invoice, Scroll down to check details.
- Wait for driver and notification. Driver may call to verify order.
- You may call driver if needed. Follow driver’s estimated arrival time.
- Once driver arrives, for your own safety Verify the Vehicle and License Plate, Driver’s Picture on the profile and Name BEFORE you enter the Vehicle.
- At drop off. Driver ends the ride.
- Check Final Invoice and pay the Total Amount to driver by Cash, Airtel Money or other directly to driver.
- Please leave a Rating for the driver and or a Review if you can. This helps us to improve our driver’s customer service.
