  • Signup as a new driver.
  • Accept the Terms and Submit all required documents.

  • Wait for document verification and approval.

Use the airtel app. Go on goods and services and enter 889002313 Then Amount.

For example for our minimum Basic82 Driving Token option, the amount is K100 (K82, plus Tax, plus Transfer fee).

  • Text to the number 0775981838 the payment made.
  • Wait for our confirmation text.
  • After confirmation, check your Driving Token balance by logging into the Zamlift Driver’s APP.
  • Go to Menu, then click on Wallet.
  • Driving Token Balance appears above Transaction History.
  • Congratulations! You are now ready to start receiving rides requests!

How to start receiving ride requests

Watch video below

  • Login your Zamlift Driver’s APP account.
  • Click on the back arrow, and go to Today’s Task Page.
  • Make sure the top middle button is enabled (Blue=On Duty) and not gray (Off Duty).
  • You are set! will start receiving ride requests.
  • When a ride request comes, Click on it.
  • Accept or Reject the ride.
  • If you Accept the ride then go to Task Page.
  • Click on current task and follow the pickup instructions.

NOTE : Once you accept a ride and it is assigned to you, you are obligated to pickup the rider. Do NOT cancel the ride unless it is an emergency or on rare circumstances. Multiple cancellations by the driver will trigger irregularity behavior and you WILL be BLOCKED and banned PERMANENTLY from our Driver’s APP and NO REFUNDS will be issued.

How to stop receiving rides

  • Click and Gray out the top middle button (Off Duty).
  • Or Click the top left Menu, Then Logout from the APP.

Can a driver use someone else’s vehicle?

Yes. The driver needs to sign up under the vehicle.

Can multiple drivers sign up under one vehicle?

Yes. Each driver needs to have their own account under that vehicle. Since this is allowed each driver needs to sign in their own account when using the platform. As a safety measure, passengers will report any vehicle showing up for pick up with the identity of the driver different from the one showing on their app when the ordered they ride. That account and vehicle will be permanently blocked from our platform. DO NOT allow anyone sign into your account and pick up a passenger and DONT NOT use a different vehicle from the one that is registered on the platform under your account. In both instances you will be permanently blocked from our platform and NO REFUNDS will be issued.
